1. Acceptance of Terms

Aurny (aurny.shop) is operated by Sogeray LLC, a United States limited liability company ("Aurny," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using this site, or by purchasing a pattern, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What We Sell

Aurny sells digital crochet pattern PDFs — pattern books, not physical goods. Every purchase is a digital download delivered instantly by email at the time of purchase, available in both US Letter and A4 format.

3. Account Terms

You do not need an account to purchase a pattern. If you choose to create one, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available (US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU) and, for EU and UK customers, include VAT. One price, always — Aurny does not use crossed-out "was" prices, countdown timers, or manufactured discounts. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

5. Intellectual Property & Pattern License

Every Aurny pattern — the PDF, the written instructions, the layout, and the design — is the intellectual property of Sogeray LLC / Aurny. Purchasing a pattern gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it. You may:

  • Make the finished item for yourself, as a gift, or to sell (see our Digital Delivery & Licensing Policy for full commercial-use terms).

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or repost the pattern file itself, in whole or in part.
  • Modify the pattern and redistribute it as your own.
  • Claim the pattern design as your own work.

6. Digital Downloads — No Physical Shipping

Because every Aurny product is a digital download, nothing is shipped. There are no shipping charges, shipping times, or physical delivery of any kind.

7. Refunds

Digital downloads are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which addresses the non-refundable nature of accessed digital goods and the specific rights of EU consumers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aurny patterns are tested before publication, but crochet outcomes depend on individual tension, yarn substitution, and technique. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sogeray LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a pattern. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the pattern in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sogeray LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For consumers in the UK and European Union, nothing in these Terms removes the statutory consumer protections you are entitled to under UK or EU law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
