Digital Downloads Are Non-Refundable Once Accessed

Every Aurny pattern is a digital PDF, delivered instantly. Because the product is available to you the moment you complete checkout, we're not able to offer refunds once a pattern has been downloaded — the same way a bookstore can't take back a book once you've read it.

If Something's Not Right

If something's not right — a technical issue with your download, a file that won't open, or an error you've found in the pattern — let us know at support@aurny.shop. We'll make it right. That might mean a corrected file, help troubleshooting, or in cases of a genuine technical failure on our end, a refund.

For Customers in the UK and European Union

Under UK and EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Aurny patterns are digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once you have downloaded your pattern and expressly agreed, at checkout, to begin the download before the 14-day period ends — which waives your withdrawal right for that purchase, as required by law. If you have not yet downloaded your pattern, contact us at support@aurny.shop and we'll help.

Order Mistakes

If you purchased the wrong format (US Letter vs. A4) or the wrong pattern by mistake, email us before downloading and we'll help sort it out.
